Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling before work starts
Cancel more than 48 hours before a scheduled audit or inspection and you receive a full refund of that service fee.
Cancelling inside 48 hours
Inside 48 hours, 50% of the fee is retained to cover the inspector's travel and the lost scheduling slot.
After work has begun
Once an inspector has travelled to site, the service fee is non-refundable. You still receive whatever report was produced.
Freight
Once a booking is confirmed with the carrier, freight charges follow the carrier's own cancellation terms and are outside our control. We will always pass on the carrier's terms before you commit.
Service failures
If we fail to deliver a service to the standard described on this site, tell us within 14 days. Where the fault is ours we will re-perform the service at no charge or refund the fee.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back by bank transfer to the originating account within 10 working days of agreement.
