Services offered

Sea freight (FCL and LCL), air freight, and rail to Europe. Port-to-port where you handle destination clearance, door-to-door where we do.

Transit times

Sea to Europe 30–45 days door to door; US East Coast 35–50 days; air freight 7–12 days; rail to Europe 20–28 days. These are typical ranges, not guarantees — port congestion and customs inspection are outside anyone's control.

Incoterms

We quote EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP and DDP. The Incoterm determines who pays for what and where risk transfers; we will explain the practical difference for your shipment before you choose.

Duties and taxes

Under DDP we pay import duty and tax and bill it to you at cost with the customs receipt attached. Under every other term you settle them directly.

Tracking

You receive the Bill of Lading or air waybill on departure and a status update every week the shipment is in transit.

Damage and loss

Claims are made against the carrier or the cargo insurer. We prepare and submit the claim on your behalf. Cargo insurance is strongly recommended and is quoted separately.
